New Home Values Search Mash-Up on Yahoo! Real Estate

Whether you're a home owner, seller, or buyer, odds are you've asked yourself "what's this house worth?" Earlier this week Yahoo! Real Estate launched a new and improved home values search mash-up that allows consumers to search 70M+ U.S. residential properties and receive instant home valuation estimates.

In addition, Yahoo! Real Estate joined up with Yahoo! Answers and Yahoo! Local to round out the home values research process. First, the updated Home Values center surfaces the most relevant home value related questions and best answers from Yahoo! Answers. Second, Yahoo! Real Estate leverages Yahoo! Local search to connect users to top rated appraisers in the area.

This is really cool, I love that I can see multiple values all in one place. What a time saver not having to go to each site individually. Nice job.

This is quite well put together - it makes searching and information retrieval a breeze.

Honestly, this is one of the best Yahoo launches to date. Incredibly useful, well thought-out, and unique. Congrats yahoo real estate.

That's what I like about yahoo. It's search engine tool is not as powerful as Google but when it comes to specifics such as yahoo local and now yahoo real estate it is superior to Google.

Nice work Yahoo!!!

Does it applicable to condos and townhouses?

Every address I have tried so far does not work in the Home Value part.

Worthless.

I think this kind of solution can be very beneficial. Unfortunately the data that is taken from Zillow is very subjective.

nuthing but the best...!!!
