Better Shopping In Search

We just launched a slew of new features to help you shop for the holidays at Yahoo! Shopping. You can read more about it on our blog.

Along this launch, we?ve continued to improve Yahoo! Search shortcuts to make searching for shopping related content easier than ever. You can now get coupons, find sales and get product reviews by using these new Yahoo! Search shortcuts. Here?s a sampling?

Coupon Shortcuts
[product type] coupons  shoe coupons

As you can see above, you'll also get coupon codes, expiration dates and direct links to merchants honoring those coupons, right at the top of the results page. Coupons for a specific store are also easily searchable.

Reviews and Ratings
To get rating and reviews, you type [product name and model #] reviews  nikon d70s reviews

Sales Shortcut
You can also find out about sales. You type [product type] on sale  computers on sale. This will display a shortcut to all of those products that are 10% off or more on Yahoo! Shopping, arranged so you can narrow your search by percentage.

We hope you find these shortcuts useful as you gear up for the shopping season.

To all you greedy corporate Yahoo! execs. When are you going to learn that would much rather use Froogle because it's free instead of paying for your paid inclusion program.
