IE 7: Tools -> Internet Options.. -> Security -> Custom level -> Scripting -> Disable. Close all IE browser an re-open it. Firefox: Tools -> Options... -> Content. Un-echeck Enable Javascript. If you turn off Javascript, Y! shortcuts won’t come up, at least for me.
