Terrific question about Atom/RDF support. Both Atom and RDF are supported in the toolbar and in My Yahoo! as well.

For RDF, you can use “application/rss+xml”.

For atom, you can use “application/atom+xml” in its place.

It’s great to hear that IE users now can have RSS (although I’d prefer if they used Firefox, since I’m a website dev). However, I’m thinking that the RSS support that the Yahoo toolbar for Firefox is exactly the same as Firefox has itself. Am I wrong?

How many search bars do you think people need?

1. Lots use the address bar to search

2. The added search bar on Firefox

3. The added search bar on Yahoo! Toolbar

What about Atom? Does “…/rss+xml” work for Atom formatted Feeds too? RDF?
