I even have toolbar wallpaper. If having toolbars to make browsing a better experience does the opppisite then either your resolution or your monitor is too small. If you dont use the yahoo community or dont collect bookmarks or do web developing then yes a 2 or 3 toolbar (cant get rid of file and tabs, but you can put the address box on the file toolbar!) is great. As far as convience goes i only have 2 complaints. 1) the yahoo companion for Firefox dosn't need a search box of its own, thats just redundant it can just auto add yahoo to the FX searchbox 2) a bookmarklet so that i can easily add bookmarks to yahoo bookmarks without installing the toolbar or having FX on a thumbdrive. i have 5 toolbars always open (file, navigation, bookmarks, yahoo, and tabs (which is at the bottom))

Worked great, and replaced the only remaining tool I was still missing from IE. One thing I found missing was a way to search the Yahoo! Directory. Turns out that the extension makes it easy to add your own types of search to the menu of choices. If you are interested in having Dir. Search on your Firefox Toolbar, find the manage engines choice, create a new entry and put this in the url field: <a href="http://search.yahoo.com/search/dir?p=ubterms&fr=firefoxyahoobar" rel="nofollow">http://search.yahoo.com/search/dir?p=ubterms&fr=firefoxyahoobar</a> Then name it what you wish.
